Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We had a fabulous time and the minister was very helpful in the run up to the ceremony once we had arrived in New York. We found the process of obtaining the marriage licence very easy - we were in the office less than 5 minutes.

We have attached a few photos for you. Please could you forward our thanks and the photos to the minister.

Hello Big Apple Weddings!

We would like to thank you very much for all your help; it really was the wedding of our dreams.

We were married on Friday 19th March 2010 at belvedere castle, central park. The location you recommended was absolutely beautiful.

We arrived on the previous Monday and we stayed at On The Ave hotel (W77th street). Our first port of call was the city clerk's office to get our marriage license. We were quiteoverwhelmed at this stage as neither of us had been to the city before and the sights were breathtaking!

We got a yellow cab to the city clerk's office, costing us $40 there and back. We then learned that an underground weekly ticket was much less and it is the only way to get aroundin New York!!!!!!

We purchased amobilephone ($35 & credit) as you just don't know when you will be in the hotel to receive the calls from the minister, photographer etc!!!! All of the suppliers contacted us promptly and couldn't be more helpful.

The minister phoned us a few days before the big day and we had an in-depth chat about the service and ran through all of the details, her suggestions were fantastic and the day would not have been the same without her!!

On the day of the wedding the ladies went to Feline Day Spa (W75th street) for hair and make up, the service was very professional and the results were great. We were very well looked after. The flowers were beautiful and were delivered promptly to the hotel. The weather was fantastic so the wedding party enjoyed a very pleasant stroll through central park to the castle where we were met by the photographer, who was a lot of fun! We were soon joined by the minister who ran us through the order of the day and was very reassuring, while the bride, her father and bridesmaid made their way to the park in a yellow cab!

The service was perfect for us and even better than we could ever had hoped. The photographer then took our photographs and his direction was superb. Our hotel concierge helped us organise fantastic transportation (a stretch limousine and luxury 4x4!!!) from the park to Compass restaurant (W70th street) for our wedding meal. We had our own private area which seated up to 18 people, The Champagne Room, where the meal was out of this world and the drinks package was very reasonable. We then partied the night away in The West Branch cocktail bar which is adjacent to On The Ave hotel.

We would like to thank Debbie and Steve again for a wonderful wedding package and wish them all the best for the future, we would highly recommend Big Apple Weddings!!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you both so much as we had themost amazing time. Our weddingday was just howwe wantedit, relaxed and intimate. As we had our children with us our minister was first class. She offered so much support and even informed us of places to bring the children on our visit. On the day of the wedding she was fantastic and wecouldn't and wouldn't have asked for more.

Kevin, our photographer was fabulous, myself, Declan and our wedding guests found him hugely entertaining and made us all feel atease. I am very pleased and impressed with the quality and selectionof photographs.

The whole experience was amazing and oneI will treasure. I found Big Apple Weddings have providedan excellent service and followed through on everything they said they would. All the information given to us before we left for NYC was extremely helpful and I would have no problem in ever recommending Big Apple Weddings because what we wanted was exactly what we got!!

I'm really sorry I have been so busy after our 3 week honeymoon. Needless to say we had a wonderful day and everything ran very smoothly, the minister was fantastic and she really made us feel very special on the day, I think that you run a fantastic operation with Big Apple Weddings.

Hi there,

First of all many many thanks, for organizing our wedding, I was so pleased how everything turned out, you couldn't ask for any better it was perfect, and stress free. The minister and the photographer were amazing; the flowers where lovely and they arrived in plenty of time and I was very pleased with them.

I went to Elizabeth Arden on 5th Avenue to get my hair done, which I was pleased with however it is very expensive, I booked an appointment from here so I was aware of the price,the good thing was, when you are getting your hair done there is a makeup artist there who does "touch ups" for free and when I told her I was getting married she done a full makeover free and if I had booked it, itwould have cost me an extra $80.00; I was delighted with the makeup and hair. The reception on the boat was fantastic the meal was brilliant, well worth the money.

I would highly recommend you and your company to anyone planning to go to New York to get married.

We had a wonderful time thank you. We would be happy to give you a picture for your website and write a short blog if you wish, With regards to recommendations, I would highly recommend the New York Palace as a place to stay they certainly made sure everything was in order to assist us on our day even using the house (Rolls Royce Phantom) car free of charge! Hi Steve

The wedding was great, thanks for organising everything! It was really easy getting the license and I rang the florist and David on Friday morning and confirmed everything with them. I rang the minister and we had a long chat about the ceremony, she was lovely and very helpful. The hotel arranged a limo for us as it was the easiest way to get 8 people to the park.

David met us at the entrance and walked us to the bridge. He was very friendly andit was really nice having someone to tell us about the park and to act as our guide. The cruise was a good way to end the evening and thanks heaps for organising everything, it made for a very stress free day!
